Northern Kentucky has generated lots of economic announcements in the past year--business expansions here,  job expansions there--and the momentum continues into this year.  Much of the growth is thanks to a wealth of resources such as available land, a well-trained workforce and nearby transportation, including the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and DHL.

Frontier Airlines says it's going to start nonstop service from Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky Airport to Denver later this year.  The new service will begin May 17.  Frontier's first flight from Denver will arrive at CVG the evening of May 16. 

Frontier is a low-cost airline that operates from a primary hub at Denver International Airport.

The new flight will depart CVG at 6:15 a.m. and arrive in Denver at 7:15 a.m. daily except Sundays.

It'll depart Denver at 6:59 p.m. and arrive at CVG  at 11:35 p.m. daily except Saturdays.
