Many people ride bicycles for fun and exercise, but a growing number of Greater Cincinnatians are also choosing cycling as their main mode of transportation. One survey found commuting by bike has increased two-hundred percent here in the last decade.
The Cinci Holiday Bike Drive is a volunteer-run project that refurbishes donated children’s bicycles and provides them to low-income children in Cincinnati. The aim of the drive is to improve family and child health by promoting cycling in our community. With your help, they hope to bring the enjoyment of bicycling to everyone by providing children with their first bicycles and helmets.
