Warren County Fairgrounds gets a boost from racino developer

The company opening a racino in Turtlecreek Township says it's committing $3 million to revitalizing the Warren County Fairgrounds. 

Miami Valley Gaming is contributing  $1 million  this year that will support redeveloping the current Lebanon Raceway at the fairgrounds.  The raceway is being moved to the new gaming and racing complex that will be built. 

The company is also contributing $500,000 per year for the next four years. 

Miami Valley Gaming is developing its racino at exit 29 off I-75.  It'll include a a harness-racing track and a 186-thousand-square-foot gaming facility.  It's expected to open early next year.
