The latest snow storm is not finished with the Tri-State just yet. The National Weather Service has a winter storm warning in place until tomorrow evening at six o'clock. Forecasters are expecting accumulations of four to eight inches. The snow may mix with rain at times this afternoon especially south and east of downtown Cincinnati. There might also be a break in the precipitation this evening, before snow begins again tonight. Cincinnati officials are reminding residents the snow emergency declared on Saturday remains in place. That could affect where you park your car on some city streets. Larry Whitaker is a spokesperson for the city's public services department. He says the city is beginning to tow cars parked in snow emergency routes. In Kentucky, the Transportation Cabinet has 119 trucks working in the 11 northern most counties of the state. Spokesperson Nancy Wood says it seems as soon as crews clear a route, the snow covers it right back over. She says the cabinet is preparing for a shift change to give the crews who’ve been on since midnight a break. The focus is still on priority routes like interstates and four lane highways. Warren County is under a level one snow emergency. Butler and Hamilton Counties are at a level two emergency along with Boone, Kenton and Campbell counties in Northern Kentucky.
