Ohio lawmakers push casino "guardrails" vs corruption

Some Ohio legislators are proposing what they call "guardrails" to try to make sure the 4 new gambling casinos voters just approved won't be vulnerable to corruption. From our statehouse news bureau, here's correspondent Bill Cohen
