A problem with the FAA system that collects airlines' flight plans has been fixed, but there could be lingering delays at airports across the country, including the Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport. CVG spokeswoman Barb Schempf says delays averaged about 30 minutes this morning, primarily due to late inbound flights.
Schempf: Some of these major hubs out there, they were experiencing longer delays, and with Atlanta being the largest airport, that did have an impact on Delta, and still to the point where those flights coming in from other airports to CVG, those may continue to experience some delays, but in terms of our outbound flights, we're running on time.
Schempf suggests calling your airline, or checking the web for information on delays.
